I went there to adopt my first pet and they were EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL, RUDE, and UNKNOWLEDGABLE. Also, once I brought my kitten home I found out he has FLEAS. The service was completely unacceptable and I feel bad for the animals that have to work with those idiots

Just had my 5mo old kittens nails clipped by Melissa and she was awesome!! She must have a way with kittens because Khaleesi sat very calmly in her lap and let her clip her without any problems! Will definitely take her there on a regular basis.

I filled out an application for a kitten, because we have a very small Pomeranian, and she needs company. I waited for a phone call but never got one, so I went in to check on the app. I was approached by a very unfriendly looking girl, who proceeded to tell me I was denied because I failed to fill out the application in full. I asked if I could fill the rest out and she told me, "No!" I felt like I was being interrogated for kitty murder. Horrible place run by very unprofessional, rude, scowling feminazis! I will continue my business at Brandt's, and I will recommend my family and friends to avoid Petsmart.

I was in the market for a guinea pig for my family, I was helped by John who was very helpful, my little sisters are very excited for the new member of the family and are very thankful to John.

I really like this PetSmart location. The employees are always so friendly. They have a decent selection of pet supplies however sometimes the prices are a little higher than stores like Meijer or Wal-Mart.
